music videos for saiko's album sketches for several southwestern felons on the eve of their just demise, released by digitalis industries.to make these videos i drew inspiration from strings, and the anonymity and spectral qualities in this music. i rendered the character of the guitarist as a puppeteer that through music gives life to his ghostly puppet. in mourning and passage, the phantom life of a toy is activated by the hands of the artist, who in the process questions his own position: puppet or master?

disgrace 2005
disgrace is a 9-minute short film/video i wrote and produced with non-actors. although the film is more a mood than a narrative, it portrays a woman who faces an opaque premonition as she approaches her birthday. i used heavy visual symbolism and little dialogue to leave room for interpretation. includes music by porn sword tobacco, and the bell orchestre.view stills
